The basics of kid’s strength and conditioning

The youth strength and conditioning program will serve as a safe and effective foundation of your child’s long-term athletic development.  This program will focus on developing physical literacy through FUN games and activities.  Our youngsters will be participating in basic athletic movements and developmentally appropriate games to improve coordination, core strength, speed, balance and more.  Our participants WILL NOT be lifting weights, running suicides or doing 45 minutes of plyometrics.  The program will address every major muscle group in the body: chest, upper back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, neck (for collision sports), abdominals, lower back, hips & glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.  Each session will consist of FUN games and activities that incorporate a wide range of functional movement patterns and basic components of performance and sport.  Not only will your child enjoy their time with us, but regular participation in this program will result in improved coordination, strength, body composition and mental focus that will connect directly to everyday performance!
